Blink 20 times while sitting . Close your eyes again for 20 seconds. Three times through. Blinking exercises minimize dryness and screen-induced eye strain.

Sit erect and visualize a point in front of you. Slowly rotate your eyes clockwise , then counterclockwise for five sec. Three times..Eye rotation lowers eye strain.

Put your thumb six inches from your face. Focus on your thumb for a few seconds, then on a distant object. Perform five times. This workouts relax eye muscles.

Child's Pose Kneel and sit on your heels. Lower your head and raise your arms. Breathe slowly for 30 seconds in this stance. It relieves neck, shoulder, and eye strain.
